- Commercial: Type - office, retail, warehouse and subtype. Price range, cap rate, etc. Please give specifics on what your ideal property is. If location is important - please provide areas. We have a tremendous amount of out-of-state visitors and clients from around the country - several from around the world who use our services to find NNN leased and TIC 1031 Exchange properties as well as several who are selling their properties who might not want to identify themselves just yet as they are walking a fine line between selling their business and keeping it quiet that they are considering doing so. For this reason I do not pressure anyone to identify themselves until they see something they want or can provide to or from one of my site visitors.
